OXYGEN, NITROGEN, ARGON HIGH-PRESSURE PUMPS
Frequency: Quarterly or semi-annually. We check the equipment that handlescryogenic gasesfor packing leaks, adjust and replace as necessary; inspect belts and adjust and replace as necessary. We lubricate warm-end, check motor bearings and lubricate; check for leaks and repair as necessary. We also observe filling procedures for safety and efficiencies.
LIQUID DELIVERY TRUCKS
We calibrate liquid gauge; inspect safeties and associated piping. Install roof vents; placard installation/replacement. Driver training is available.
CARBON DIOXIDE PUMPS
Frequency: Quarterly or semi-annually
We check oil levels, add as necessary and replace annually. We check for packing leaks, adjust and replace as necessary. We also inspect belts, adjust and replace as necessary; determine pumping capacity; check motor bearings and lubricate; check for line leaks and repair as necessary; and also inspect valves, clean and check for wear.
LIQUID CYLINDER FILLING STATIONS
Frequency: Quarterly or semi-annually
We checkcryogenic equipmentsuch as liquid cylinder filling equipment; inspect valve operation and controller operation.
VACUUM PUMPS
Frequency: Quarterly or semi-annually
We check oil levels, add as necessary and replace annually; inspect belts, adjust and replace as necessary; check for line leaks, repair as necessary. We also check operation of over-pressure device, correct as necessary and check the operation of vacuum breaker solenoid and repair as necessary.
TANKS AND ASSOCIATED PIPING
Frequency: Quarterly or semi-annually or annually
We perform general inspection and repair leaks as necessary. We also check regulators performance; inspect relief devices and check liquid level gauges.
HIGH-PRESSURE FILLING EQUIPMENT
Frequency: Quarterly or semi-annually
We performcryo servicesincluding an inspection of manifolds, headers, pigtails, piping for leaks, repair as necessary. We also check valve operations, repair and replace as necessary.
CRYOGENIC FREEZERS
Annual Preventative Maintenance Program:
